Thanks for the ride!

While sitting in the Cafeteria talking to my mom about how I need a car, randomly after my phone call a coworker began to talk to me. No doubt this is probably the most sketchy coworker I have, he sounds like a mexican merriachi band singer with his deep voice, despite that he also looks like he is in the Mexican Cartel. Casually he said Hey Bryan, do you need a ride tomorrow? Confused I asked him what for. He said , because I am training you and we start at 6 am. Normally I would have to call a special bus to pick me up, which entails me waking up at 4 in the morning. Not wanting to wake up that early I quickly jumped on the idea and said yes. He picked me up at Walgreen's after a few interesting conversations we had on the phone. We get to work and were assigned the Marina area. We pulled a few trash cans, realigned the chairs and blowed the sidewalks. That was it for the morning. We then spent the rest of the morning picking up breakfast, and talking to a bunch of other workers that he knew. It was probably the best day I've had at work so far. After lunch he proceeded to show me good hiding spots to take naps, watch fireworks, where to take nice drives in the golf cart and a bunch of other valuable information. Then he showed me the best way and easiest way to leaf blow the bigger sidewalks. Its a back pack type leaf blower so he put it in the back of the drivers side. Then he took the hose and brought it up towards him, turned it on and proceeded to drive back and forth while blowing the sidewalks. We got comments from guest like, "well someone doesn't want to work" or " thats my type of job!" Either way I learned a lot that day, but not to much on work!
